Quick Search Help
Quick
Search works with MLS numbers from the Buffalo/Niagara MLS system.
Simply insert the 6 digit MLS number and hit enter. The program
will retrieve and display the listing in detail. If the property
is a pending sale, sold or no longer active for any reason you will
receive a note saying "unable to locate property". It
simply means the property is no longer located in our database of
real estate for sale.
Where do I find the MLS number?
If you are reading the Buffalo News Homefinder or
the Greater Niagara Newspaper Real Estate Review or a similar print
ad, you can generally find the MLS number at the end of the ad for
each particular property. Eg: AW198171 or 189080.
Note: Do not input the letters before
the MLS number. These letters are simply codes added by real estate
agencies for their own internal use. The example MLS number of AW198171
should be inputted as 198171.
